The Group
Our Group is one of the main aggregation poles of leading Italian brands in the furniture and lighting sector at an international level. The company develops, produces, assembles and distributes its furniture products through the five brands Calligaris, Connubia, Ditre Italia, Luceplan and Fatboy with a network of over 8,000 points of sale in 100 countries.
Our history
Oue Group was born in 2017 with the acquisition of Ditre Italia by Calligaris Spa, an Italian company founded in 1923 in Manzano (UD). For almost 100 years Calligaris has played a leading role in the global high-end furniture market, with a wide range of chairs, tables, sofas, beds and furniture with Italian design.
2018 saw the entry of the new shareholder, Alpha Group, which made it possible to strengthen and accelerate the growth path for internal and external lines with a double objective: to offer an increasingly complete and quality collection of products to satisfy requests. both in the residential and contract channels and strengthen its position as an international player in the furniture sector.
Thanks to this entry into the share package, the Group was able to strengthen the acquisition strategy which already in 2019 saw the entry of Luceplan.
